Prices should be written down

Every treatment we offer is published in VND, and it is the same list whichever language you read it in. If a spa will not show you a price list before you sit down, that is worth paying attention to.

Tipping is optional

It is genuinely appreciated and genuinely optional. Nothing is added to your bill and nobody will suggest an amount.

Ask about the tools

Any salon should be happy to open sterilised tools in front of you. Here is what our process looks like — ask us to open the pouch at the table.

What to try if you only have one afternoon

Seren Balance — sixty minutes of herbal hair wash, neck and shoulder work and facial care for 279.000₫. There is no real equivalent to the Vietnamese hair wash anywhere else, and an hour of it costs less than a coffee and a taxi at home.
