How we work

Every extension is isolated and attached to a single natural lash. We match weight to what your lash can actually hold, which is the difference between a set that grows out cleanly and one that leaves gaps. If your lashes are not in good condition, we will tell you and suggest a lift instead.

Aftercare

Keep them dry for the first day. Avoid oil-based cleanser around the eye. Brush them through in the morning with the wand we give you. Come back for an infill at two to three weeks rather than waiting for a full set to fall.

Which set to choose

Classic attaches one extension to one natural lash. It reads as your own lashes on a very good day — the set to pick if you want to stop wearing mascara rather than to look made up.

Hybrid mixes classic lashes with small handmade fans. It fills gaps and adds texture without much weight, and it suits most people who are unsure what they want.

Volume uses fans of several very fine extensions on each natural lash. Denser and darker, closer to a soft strip lash. It takes longer to apply because each fan is made by hand at the lash line.

If your natural lashes are sparse or fragile, volume is not automatically the answer — the weight has to go somewhere. We will say so if a lift would serve you better.

Lash lift instead

A lift curls your own lashes from the base using a gentle solution and a silicone shield, usually with a tint to darken the tips. It lasts six to eight weeks, needs no infills, and asks nothing of you afterwards. For anyone with decent natural length who wants a low-maintenance option, or whose lashes need a break from extensions, it is often the better treatment.

How long it takes

Ninety minutes to two and a half hours depending on the set. You lie down with your eyes closed the whole time, which most people find restful — a fair number fall asleep. Bring nothing; leave contact lenses at home if you can.

Making them last

The first twenty-four hours matter most: no steam, no swimming, no hot showers while the adhesive cures fully. After that, keep oil-based products away from the lash line, sleep on your back or side rather than face-down, and brush them through each morning with the wand we give you.

Never pull an extension off. If one is bothering you, come in and we will remove it properly — pulling takes your natural lash with it.

Infills

You lose natural lashes daily; that is normal, and extensions leave with them. Book an infill at two to three weeks while most of the set is still in place. Past four weeks, it is usually a full set again, which costs more and takes longer.
