How we work
Every extension is isolated and attached to a single natural lash. We match weight to what your lash can actually hold, which is the difference between a set that grows out cleanly and one that leaves gaps. If your lashes are not in good condition, we will tell you and suggest a lift instead.

Which set to choose
Classic and Babe attach one extension to one natural lash. They read as your own lashes on a very good day — the sets to pick if you want to stop wearing mascara rather than look made up.
Wispy and Kim K add longer spikes through the set for texture and a slightly undone, feathered look. They suit most people who are unsure what they want.
Cat Eye and Anime Fox build length towards the outer corner, lifting and elongating the eye.
Volume and Douyin use handmade fans of very fine extensions on each natural lash. Denser and darker, closer to a soft strip lash; Douyin gives the rounded, doll-like shape popular in Chinese beauty.
If your natural lashes are sparse or fragile, volume is not automatically the answer — the weight has to go somewhere. We will say so if a lift would serve you better.
Lash lift instead
A lift curls your own lashes from the base using a gentle solution and a silicone shield, usually with a tint to darken the tips. It lasts six to eight weeks, needs no infills, and asks nothing of you afterwards. For anyone with decent natural length who wants a low-maintenance option, whose lashes need a break from extensions, or who is travelling, it is often the better treatment.
How long it takes
Ninety minutes to two and a half hours for a full set, depending on the style. You lie down with your eyes closed the whole time, which most people find restful — a fair number fall asleep. Bring nothing; leave contact lenses at home if you can.
Aftercare & making them last
The first twenty-four hours matter most: keep them dry, no steam, no swimming, no hot showers while the adhesive cures fully. After that, keep oil-based products away from the lash line, sleep on your back or side rather than face-down, and brush them through each morning with the wand we give you.
Never pull an extension off. If one is bothering you, come in and we will remove it properly — pulling takes your natural lash with it.
Infills
You lose natural lashes daily; that is normal, and extensions leave with them. Book an infill at two to three weeks while most of the set is still in place. Past four weeks, it is usually a full set again, which costs more and takes longer.

How much are eyelash extensions at SEREN?
Classic and Babe sets are 350.000₫. Wispy, Kim K, Cat Eye, Volume, Anime Fox and Douyin are 450.000₫. Natural-fibre or matte black lashes add 100.000₫. The price you see is the price you pay.
How long do lash extensions last?
The set sheds with your natural lashes over three to four weeks. Most people book an infill at two to three weeks to keep it full.
I am only in Saigon for a few days. Extensions or a lift?
If you will not be here for an infill, a lash lift (from 300.000₫) is often the smarter choice: it lasts six to eight weeks, grows out invisibly and needs nothing from you. Extensions are fine too, just plan to have them removed properly at home.

Can you remove extensions done somewhere else?
Yes. Removal and cleansing is 60.000₫, and we can put a new set on in the same visit if your natural lashes are in good shape.
Can I do lashes and brows in one visit?
Yes. Many guests pair a lash lift or extensions with brow lamination or a brow tint. A lash lift with brow lamination is 700.000₫ together, or 750.000₫ with a lash backtint. Tell us when you book so we hold enough time.
Do I need to book?
Booking is best, especially evenings and weekends, but we take walk-ins when a lash artist is free. We are open 9:00 – 21:00 every day, four minutes on foot from Bến Thành Market.
